Rushed upload leftovers (standalone)

For those who play on the stand-alone version:

I forgot to add the settings to limit the framerate in the menu scene, the game will run in Unlimited Framerate mode, sorry. This will only  affect the menu, don't worry. 

Also, it will probably affect the browsers, depending on the settings.
